Haiku Garden Farm Sanctuary is a family-run farm on Maui’s North Shore, lovingly cared for by a mother-daughter team. Jackie, who has lived on Maui since 1970, has long nurtured a passion for organic gardening, medicinal plants, and creating natural beauty products. Over the years, she and Meagan have welcomed countless travelers, offering a home away from home infused with warmth, care, and the spirit of aloha.
Meagan was born and raised on Maui and brings a background in permaculture design, a deep love for her community, and a commitment to caring for all living things. Together, we have cultivated a space where guests can return to the land, experience the gentle rhythms of farm life, and rediscover the simple joys of living close to nature.
At Haiku Garden Farm Sanctuary, we honor Hawaiian values:
Aloha ʻĀina — love and respect for the land
Mālama — caring for nature and community
Kuleana — shared responsibility
We welcome guests who appreciate and share these values, and who understand that living close to nature means engaging with the rhythms of weather, wildlife, and the elements. Our goal is to provide a restorative, authentic, and grounding experience that connects you to the land, the community, and yourself.
Mahalo for choosing to spend time with us and support a small, family-run farm. Your presence helps us continue caring for this ʻāina we love and sharing it in a thoughtful, respectful way.
